Dispute Support
If you have a problem with a vendor, contact us. We take buyer complaints seriously and can intervene, mediate, and remove vendors who don't meet our standards.
Vendor Ratings
Vendors are rated by buyers. Poor ratings trigger reviews. Consistently underperforming vendors are removed from the platform.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have zero tolerance for vendor fraud, fake products, or non-delivery. Reported vendors are investigated and removed if misconduct is confirmed.

Find a product you like. Check the vendor name, rating and product description carefully.
Click Order via WhatsApp
The order message opens pre-filled. The vendor receives it on their verified WhatsApp number.
Confirm Everything Before Paying
Confirm: exact price, size/colour availability, delivery area, delivery timeline, and payment details.
Pay via M-Pesa
Pay only after confirming all details. Save your M-Pesa confirmation SMS as proof of payment.
Receive & Confirm
Inspect your order on delivery. If there's an issue, contact the vendor immediately via WhatsApp.
⚠️ If Something Goes Wrong
If you experience any of these issues, contact us immediately:
- ❌ Vendor is unresponsive after payment
- ❌ Product received is different from what was described
- ❌ Order not delivered within agreed timeframe
- ❌ Vendor is asking for unusual payment methods
- ❌ Suspected fraud or scam

💰 Refund & Return Policy
Wrong or damaged item received: Contact the vendor via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. The vendor is required to offer a replacement or full refund.
Item significantly different from listing: Contact the vendor first. If unresolved within 48 hours, escalate to Zuri Market on +254 705 262 720.
M-Pesa payment sent but item not received: Provide your M-Pesa confirmation code to Zuri Market. We investigate within 2 business days.
Change of mind: Returns for change of mind are at the vendor's discretion. Confirm return policy with the vendor before ordering.
Always confirm product details, size, and delivery timeline on WhatsApp before sending M-Pesa. Keep your M-Pesa confirmation SMS as proof of payment.
